Abstrakt

Abstract: The article focuses on terminating an aggressive patient from care by a healthcare provider. The article generally defines the conditions under which a provider may terminate a patient from care without his consent. After the general part the article discusses the reason for termination care consisting in non-compliance with the internal rules of the medical facility by an aggressive patient.

Abstrakt: Článek se zaměřuje na problematiku ukončení péče o agresivního pacienta ze strany poskytovatele zdravotních služeb. V článku jsou obecně vymezeny podmínky, za nichž může poskytovatel ukončit péči o pacienta bez jeho souhlasu, a následně je podrobněji rozebrán důvod ukončení péče spočívající v nedodržování vnitřního řádu zdravotnického zařízení agresivním pacientem.
